Jan 15, 2010  On a device note.I've been having great results with the Jabra SP700 speakerphone. Less than $40 new on ebay. No complaints from people on the other end, and the speaker is pretty loud. Plus I won't lose it like I have headsets. Though my Discovery 975 is works well when I need privacy or am walking around. Jul 29, 2014  Trying to connection my Samsung galaxy note 3. Using the 5 to 11 hdmi and bluetooth. I have a Kenwood DDX9903S and I am having problems trying to mirror my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. I have tried the Kenwood Smartphone App and Android Auto. I have a 2012 kia sorento and it will not download my contacts wth my samsung g3. Is this phone.

You have the option to connect your iPhone to Ford Sync via bluetooth. You can use your iPhone features if you connect or pair your Bluetooth for syncing. The pairing feature allows bluetooth devices to communicate securely with each other. This way you can make a call, receive a text message or you can use Sync Services.

1. Connect your iPhone to Ford Sync via bluetooth

• Step 1 On your iPhone you can find Bluetooth, the wireless technology that allows your device to connect to SYNC, on the Main menu under Settings. Open the Settings tab and you can see under 'Wireless and Networks', the 'Bluetooth' feature.
• Step 2 After you have accessed Bluetooth settings, you need to tap on discoverable or hands-free. You may also need to scan for sync on your device.

You will receive a notification with 'Search for SYNC on your device and enter the PIN provided by SYNC'. Press 'OK' and a six-digit number displays on the screen for 3 minutes, during which time Sync actively seeks for the same number from your phone. Next action that you need to do it is to type the number displayed by Sync on your iPhone.
